Storyboards

I know I've said it before but I adore these storyboards and collages. I think it's a great way to get more bang for your buck and save some wall space. Rather than order 4-11x14s, you can get them all on a gorgeous 20x20 print. They look fantastic mounted to matboard and hung frameless with a satin ribbon. I've been featuring a lot of "definitions" lately (because I have a lot of them!) but don't forget, if you have a favorite quote or saying, that can easily be put into place of the "definition."

But of course, my latest addiction is with gallery-wrapped canvases. Anyone of these images alone would make for a stunning museum-quality art piece!

More Bree

Yes, she really is a natural!

Beeeeautiful Bree!

I left this morning's sessions with goose bumps. That's how much I knew that these photos would be awesome. Bree was an absolute doll! Mimi and Popop's house was incredible and full of breathtaking scenery and check out the vintage Ferrari!

Here's a small sneak peek but I'll be back with more!!!

Friends are the spice of life

I went to visit a friend from high school today and of course, I seized the opportunity to take pictures of her handsome little guy who couldn't be more adorable.

Thanks so much Kelly! Maddy and I had a good time and let's do it again soon!

Moi

I work with some great people. We have a lot of fun and we work hard all while accomplishing big things for Frederick County. I truly feel like we do great things around here everyday.

I had the pleasure of taking some head shots of my co-workers this week for our media kit and well, since it was me doing it, some of them turned out pretty goofy. Let's just say I have some great material for Photoshop practice. Here are some that my boss took of me:

All Star

Ever since the famous photographer Tara Whitney posted a picture of her living room wall, this TTV technique has become all the rage. (Check out photos of her awesome wall here). TTV stands for through the viewfinder and it's just like taking a picture through an old camera viewfinder. I thought it worked well with my nephew's baseball photos. This was his first year in playing in the all-star game and he did great!
